We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Fitter Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will supervise mechanical fitters, ensuring efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks, thereby ensuring smooth machinery operation and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities include: supervising the team, planning daily tasks, conducting inspections, coordinating with departments, resolving mechanical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing reports.
Qualifications: DAE in Mechanical or relevant certifications, 10-12 years of experience in mechanical fitting, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Age range: 30-45 years.
Skills: strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and effective team management.
