Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our Call Center team at Ambition World. The successful candidate will handle billing inquiries, ensure accurate claims processing, and resolve patient billing issues.
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit claims to insurance providers.
- Assist patients with billing questions and payment options.
- Post payments accurately to patient accounts.
- Track claim statuses and assist with appeals.
- Maintain accurate patient account records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; medical billing certification is a plus.
- 1-2 years of medical billing experience preferred.
