Job Description
Hire Solutions seeks a full-time Medical Billing Manager for an on-site role in I-8, Islamabad. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM (Saturday and Sunday off).
Required: 5–10 years of hands-on medical billing experience with proven expertise in end-to-end billing, revenue cycle management, compliance, and performance optimization. The role requires strong decision-making, problem-solving, and operational leadership.
- Manage billing operations and lead teams
- Maintain professional client communications, schedule appointments, close leads, and nurture long-term client relationships
- Ensure compliance and drive performance improvements
Strictly onsite. Salary: Rs130,00–Rs150,00/month; competitive package discussed at interview. Candidates without relevant medical billing experience need not apply.
