Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Medical Billing Team Lead to manage our billing department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of billing specialists, ensuring that all billing processes are executed accurately and promptly.
Key responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and have a keen aptitude for analyzing and improving billing procedures.
Qualifications for this role include a robust background in medical billing, proficiency with billing software, and outstanding communication skills. Certification in medical billing or coding is highly advantageous.
