Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Microsoft EDR/XDR Deployment and Support Specialist to join our team at ITCS (IT Consulting & Services). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying and supporting Microsoft’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions.
Your responsibilities will include deploying EDR/XDR solutions, providing support, monitoring security events, and collaborating with the customer’s IT team. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are required.
