Job Description
The MTO-Accounts Receivable is a developmental position designed to enhance skills in receivables operations, cash flow optimization, and customer relationship management. In this role, trainees will acquire knowledge in invoicing, collections, credit management, and accounts receivable automation systems while participating in finance-related functions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Generating and issuing accurate invoices using ERP systems.
- Resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
- Monitoring aging reports and contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
- Correctly applying payments to customer accounts and reconciling remittances.
- Evaluating customer creditworthiness and maintaining detailed customer records.
Essential Skills: Strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills are necessary to support efficient financial operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should be ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, or ACMA Inter.
