Job Description

We are seeking a full-time MTO/Customer Support Officer based in Bahria Town. Candidates residing nearby are preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required; fresh graduates or applicants with up to six months of relevant experience are welcome.

• Skills: strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm when handling customers.
• Responsibilities: resolve complaints, coordinate with internal departments, maintain records, provide product and warranty information, and assist with after-sales service.
• Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month, with annual increments, medical coverage, allowances, leave benefits, interest-free loans, and an Eid bonus. This is an in-person role.
