Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking dedicated individuals for the MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP) role. The successful candidates will be responsible for 24/7 Network Management System (NMS) operations, ticket management, and communications with Global Telecom client NOCs. Key responsibilities include provisioning, routing, troubleshooting Level 2 issues, and managing complaints via our ticketing system.
Applicants must have a degree in Electrical or Telecom Engineering or equivalent, with the ability to work in shift operations. Positions available: 2.
Location: Corporate Office, I-9/3, Islamabad.
