Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee national sales operations as our National Sales Manager. In this vital role, you will shape our sales strategy and drive growth in the beauty sector, leveraging your knowledge of the cosmetic industry.
Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, expanding the distribution network, leading high-performing teams, and optimizing the sales budget. A Business Graduate in Marketing or a related field with strong leadership and communication skills, alongside 4-5 years of experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, or Personal Care Products, is required.
