Job Description
Gorzilla Tech is actively looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inbound Telecom Agent to join our Spectrum/Energy billing campaign. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of six months of experience in billing and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will assist customers with billing inquiries, communicate effectively, uphold confidentiality, and provide education about our services.
Job Location: RJ Mall, Near Millennium Mall
Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 07:00 PM – 03:00 AM
Compensation: $45K annually, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
