Job Description
We seek a full-time night customer support specialist to handle inbound calls and chats, follow up and resolve complaints, enter orders and incidents into POS/CRM, coordinate with internal departments, and report case closures to the line manager.
- Responsibilities: answer calls/chats, document and resolve complaints, liaise with teams, and provide closure reports.
- Requirements: fluent in Urdu and English (spoken and written), fast and accurate typing, ability to search/identify locations, and strong computer literacy.
- Salary: Rs35,00–55,00/month. Work location: on-site. Expected start date: 12/30/2025.
