Job Description

We are seeking a professional Night Shift Call Center Agent to manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues courteously, and accurately document all interactions. The role operates overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekend coverage. Candidates must demonstrate strong English communication, sound problem-solving abilities, basic computer proficiency, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure while multitasking.

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred; training provided for successful applicants.
