Job Description
Position: Virtual Assistant (Inbound Calls)
Company: The Gannon Company
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
Contract Length: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers booking airport rides.
- Make 50 calls daily and build customer relationships.
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments.
- Utilize active listening and communication skills.
- Input customer data accurately and in real-time.
- Resolve inquiries professionally and promptly.
Requirements: Excellent communication, tech-savvy with a stable internet connection, and willingness to work night shifts.
