Job Description
Vibrant Tech is currently looking for a dedicated Female HR Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This full-time position requires working onsite during the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Position: HR Manager
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in HR roles
Qualification: BBA or MBA with a focus in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee onboarding and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Handle employee relations and various HR tasks
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
