Job Description
Elytra Studios is seeking a motivated male HR Recruiter for our night shift team. This full-time position is based at our office located in Siddique Trade Center, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The working hours are from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and the salary range is PKR 50,00 – 60,00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process.
- Source and evaluate potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Maintain comprehensive candidate records.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
