Job Description
Recruitech Solutions is looking for a motivated Night Shift Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in outreach initiatives, lead generation, and nurturing a steady pipeline of prospective clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cold calling, follow up with text messages, and email potential clients.
- Document outreach activities and results in spreadsheets.
- Make 100-200 calls daily to connect with prospects.
- Identify and gather client contact details from directories.
- Refer interested clients to the Team Lead for further engagement.
