Job Description
We are seeking dedicated non-voice agents to join our vibrant call center team at RNS Global. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries and provide support through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist with product information and technical support
