Job Description
Karachi Tile Mart is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including:
- Customer follow-ups
- Payment follow-ups
- Preparing presentations using PowerPoint and Word Excel
- Supervising delivery of goods
- Managing complaints with technicians and customers
- Scheduling appointments with architects
- Entertaining customers during displays
- Completing any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
