Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online medicine orders and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with pharmacies for effective order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, or WhatsApp promptly.
- Maintain precise records of all orders.
- Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Verify the validity of prescriptions received.
- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operational tasks.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Compensation: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month | Working Hours: Rotational (Males preferred)
