Business Arcade, a premier online retailer for women’s apparel, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care items, and electronic gadgets, is seeking a skilled Online Sales Assistant. This full-time role is crucial for our mission to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, managing orders, and collaborating with our e-commerce team. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and at least 3 years of customer care experience, preferably fluent in Arabic.
