Job Description
Davis Group of Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual for the position of Operation Manager at our newly established Food Takeaway in Rawalpindi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, staffing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and assess driver performance.
- Develop policies for compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting.
Skills Required: 5+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
