Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Econex Sales & Marketing as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will handle daily customer calls, address inquiries via WhatsApp, and respond to support tickets. You’ll also approve product listings, confirm customer orders, and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in operations, and strong computer skills. Excellent customer handling abilities and the capacity to work under pressure are essential. A problem-solving mindset is crucial, with preference given to female candidates.
