Job Description
Truck It In is transforming the $25B+ road freight market in Pakistan through our innovative Uber-for-freight platform. We are currently seeking an Operations Executive within our Fulfillment division to optimize logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships within the freight market.
- Plan and oversee logistics and customer service operations.
- Foster partnerships with drivers and transporters.
- Address complaints and analyze dispatch performance metrics.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in logistics, along with strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
