Job Description
ESAJEES is currently in search of an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead daily operations at our grocery store. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing staffing, inventory, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management and inventory control.
- Ensure exemplary customer service and address complex customer issues promptly.
- Implement and uphold store policies and safety protocols.
- Evaluate sales and inventory metrics for optimal performance.
Qualifications Required: A Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline, 5-8 years of retail operations experience, exceptional leadership qualities, and proficiency with POS systems.
