Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore. The successful candidate will handle customer complaints regarding shortages through CCTV, manage offloading issues in coordination with customers, and ensure timely vehicle reporting via email.
Key responsibilities include providing updates on offloading status via WhatsApp and maintaining contact with drivers regarding operational challenges. Ideal candidates should possess an Intermediate or Graduation degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive salary.
