Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Team Lead to manage our call center/telemarketing team. In this role, you will ensure all team members are knowledgeable about our products and services while monitoring performance and providing coaching to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily call center operations and team member performance.
- Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews.
- Monitor call quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Submit daily sales reports and propose performance improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- 2 years of leadership experience in a call center environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
