Job Description

Nearby Cars is seeking an experienced Autocab-trained Operator/Dispatcher for the evening shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM Pakistan Time). This full-time, in-person role supports a UK-based call center handling bookings, dispatch, and customer service for West Yorkshire.

• Duties: manage Autocab bookings, handle inbound calls professionally, ensure accurate dispatching, and uphold UK-standard customer service.
• Requirements: proven Autocab experience, familiarity with West Yorkshire preferred, strong communication skills, reliable internet, and availability for night shifts.
• Compensation & benefits: PKR 100,00–150,00 per month (starting at PKR 450/hour for the right candidate), job stability, performance reviews, monthly bonuses, and supportive management.
