Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Taker to join our team at Crumbs The Bakers. In this role, you will take customer orders, coordinate deliveries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Process orders via phone, email, and social media; provide product details; accurately enter orders; coordinate with baking and delivery teams; address customer complaints; maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, prior customer service experience is a plus.
