Job Description
Join Capgemini Engineering as an OSS/BSS Lead and play a key role in ensuring seamless data exchange between OSS and BSS systems, as well as with other internal and external systems. You will oversee the implementation and deployment of OSS/BSS solutions, managing configuration, testing, and training. Your responsibilities include providing ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for the OSS/BSS system.
In this role, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network operations and customer service. Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, including network engineers and customer service teams, will be essential for success.
