Job Description
Kaizen Global (SMC) Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Representative to join our dynamic team. You’ll make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, generate sales, and gather vital information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Promote products and explain benefits.
- Identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Independent and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00/month | Location: In person
