Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Outbound Customer Calling Agent to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong communication and leadership skills, along with proficiency in English.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about our products and services. Ideal candidates should possess sales and customer support skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a call center is preferred.
