Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative with a strong American accent to join our Truck Dispatching campaign at Xfiniti BPO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and demonstrate strong sales abilities.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, coordinate dispatch services, and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining detailed records in CRM software, and meeting monthly sales targets. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
