Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project at Noah Tech.
Ideal candidates should possess packaging experience of at least 3 years in the USA/AUS market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Generate and convert sales inquiries with guidance from the sales and project managers.
- Coordinate with the estimation and design teams to ensure timely responses and artwork adjustments.
- Handle customer complaints while maintaining company guidelines.
Job Timing: 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off.
Salary: $50,00 – $60,00 plus attractive commissions.
