Job Description

Max Solutions is actively searching for a skilled and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Urdu and possess outstanding communication abilities to manage customer inquiries effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient verbal communication skills in Urdu
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred, but not mandatory: 2 years of experience in a call center
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
