Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient Billing Support Representative who will deliver outstanding support to patients with their billing inquiries, insurance claims, payment plans, and account balances. This role requires a professional and empathetic approach to resolve patient concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address patient inquiries regarding billing.
- Clarify charges, payments, and account balances.
- Assist in establishing payment plans.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Record patient interactions accurately.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month
