Job Description
We’re looking for a Patient Calling Rep with 2-4 years of experience, based in Lahore.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan
Salary Range: 80k – 100k PKR per month
Work Style: Onsite + Night Shift
Timings: Mon-Fri, 7 PM – 4 AM
As a Patient Calling Representative at Friday Technologies, you will manage patient communications regarding billing, payment inquiries, and insurance claims while ensuring accurate claim processing and timely payments.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in medical billing, strong insurance policy knowledge, proficiency in medical billing software, and excellent communication skills.
