Job Description
eServMD, a leading healthcare services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Help Desk Specialist to join our Islamabad team. The role includes managing patient and physician availability, coordinating appointments with the front desk, handling reschedules and cancellations, and adhering to client-specific procedures and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Prior U.S. healthcare experience as a Patient Scheduler.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, adaptability, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
- Location: Park Road, Islamabad — in person. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
