Job Description

Mac Care is looking for dedicated physicians and doctors to become Patient Outreach Specialists during our night shift operations. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing patient calls, ensuring effective communication for appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments.
• Input and manage patient data in electronic health records (EHR).
• Process health insurance information and verify patient benefits.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and security.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
