Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, attentive, and experienced professionals to become part of our healthcare support team at Talking Mindz. As a Patient Scheduling / Front Desk Executive, you will be instrumental in assisting U.S.-based clinics with patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and effective communication.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, updating patient records in EMR/EHR systems, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in U.S. healthcare environments, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
