Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to handle patient inquiries over the phone at RepHero Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, actively listening to patients, scheduling appointments, and directing them to the appropriate doctor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls professionally.
- Listen attentively to patient concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Direct patients to the relevant doctor.
- Provide basic clinic information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Qualifications: High school diploma; healthcare training is a plus. Experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
Work Schedule: 3 AM to 7 AM or 3 AM to 11 AM (part-time or full-time). Pay: Rs9,99.00 – Rs10,00.00 per month.
