Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this full-time role, you will assist patients through phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Verifying patient insurance.
- Educating patients on procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements: Experience in customer support, EMR/EHR proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month.
