Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Draft and finalize contracts and offer letters for new hires.
- Maintain organized personnel records and safeguard confidentiality.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Calculate and prepare payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor employee attendance and manage HR events.
- Serve as the point of contact for HRMS – Worksuite.
- Address employee queries and provide administrative support.

Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
