Job Description
Taxol invites applications for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates with substantial payroll processing expertise and a strong command of HRIS platforms. The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll intricacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing for U.S. clients.
- Ensure precise calculations, deductions, and timely tax filings.
- Maintain adherence to payroll regulations.
- Manage quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports to assist with audits.
- Respond to client payroll inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll accounting.
