Job Description
Join Sigma Digital Solutions as a People and Culture Manager! We are seeking a dynamic professional to develop and implement cultural strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and inclusivity. Your responsibilities will include assessing organizational culture, creating employee engagement initiatives, promoting diversity, and coaching leadership teams on cultural behaviors.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related field, strong knowledge of employee engagement practices, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR department is required.
