Job Description
HCM International is seeking a highly motivated Officer for our People Services department. This role, based in Islamabad, requires substantial expertise in managing onboarding and offboarding processes, team leadership, and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will design and optimize workflows, provide guidance to the People Services team, and facilitate HR processes through digital transformation.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month. We invite interested applicants to submit their applications.
