Job Description
Qualitest Group is seeking an experienced Performance Portfolio Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in leading performance testing engagements, including a minimum of 10 years in team leadership and 15 years specifically in performance testing. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Performance Test Strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the performance testing process throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve creating test strategies, identifying performance risks, and maintaining reports on project performance.
