Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing correspondence. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient with technology, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
