Job Description
Location: Sialkot
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Pharmacy Setup
Education: Pharm – D
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee pharmacy operations.
- Supervise pharmacy reports and collaborate with the Head office.
- Maintain compliance with legal procedures and narcotic registers.
- Ensure a disciplined work environment.
- Conduct staff training on new products.
- Prepare performance evaluations for all team members.
- Implement quality enhancement initiatives.
Skills Required: Patient counseling, effective communication, team management, and ability to handle pressure.
