Job Description
Lead a retail pharmacy branch overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer care. Supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage scheduling and training, and implement SOPs to ensure accurate, safe dispensing.
- Monitor inventory levels, vendor relations, and loss prevention while optimizing financial performance, budgets, and sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy laws, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Requires active pharmacist license, minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience, proven leadership, strong communication skills, and familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered service are essential.
