Job Description
Job Summary: Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective staff management, and optimization of workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy operations and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage pharmacy staff, providing training and support.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with suppliers.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure the accuracy of prescriptions.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong pharmacy knowledge along with exceptional communication skills.
